WSAVA 2025 Photo Contest: Share Your #MyWSAVA Moment! 

WSAVA 2025 is all about connection, discovery, and inspiration.  

We want to see the moments that make this congress memorable for you!  

Whether it’s a powerful presentation, a meaningful conversation with colleagues, or an inspiring experience in Rio, we want to know what makes #MyWSAVA unforgettable! 

Capture those special moments that showcase the essence of WSAVA 2025 and share them with us! 

How to Join the Contest:

1. Take a photo of something that truly captures your #MyWSAVA moment during the congress. 
2. Share your photo on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
3. Use the hashtags #MyWSAVA and #WSAVA2025 so we can find your entries.
4. Feel free to share as many photos as you like – the more, the better!

Important Guidelines: 

• Photos can feature individuals, groups, or anything that captures the spirit of #MyWSAVA at the congress. 

• Make sure your social media profile is set to public so we can see your photos. 

• Show us your creativity! It’s all about those moments that make WSAVA 2025 unforgettable. 

Deadline:
All entries must be shared by 16:20 pm GMT-3, Saturday, 27 September 2025. 

Winner Announcement:
The winner will be announced on WSAVA’s social media channels. 

Prize:
The winner will receive free registration for WSAVA 2026! 

General Contest Rules

• By entering the Contest, all participants agree, if necessary, to have their name and/or picture used for promotional purposes free of charge.
• By entering the contest, you attest to your eligibility as outlined in the contest rules and release ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
• The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money.
• ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
• Refusal to accept the prize releases ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any liability and obligation toward the winner.
• ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labor dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this contest.
• By entering this contest, all participants agree to abide by the contest rules as stated above, including any amendments applied by ESPID and Kenes Group.
• The winner will be announced on and contacted via social media channels.
