How to Join the Contest

  1. Take a photo during the Congress – capture anything that represents your WSAVA moment.
  2. Share it on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. Upload your photos by 15 October 2026.
  3. Use the hashtags #WSAVALive AND #WSAVA2026.

Photos can include individuals, groups, scientific moments, networking experiences or anything that reflects the spirit of WSAVA 2026. You may submit as many photos as you like. Please make sure your social media profile is public so we can view your entries.

Prize: Free registration for the next WSAVA Congress.

The winner will be announced on WSAVA social media channels.

General Rules

  1. By entering the contest, participants agree that their name and/or photograph may be used for promotional purposes, where necessary, free of charge.
  2. By entering the contest, participants confirm their eligibility and release WSAVA and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from any liability for
  3. damage or loss arising from participation in the contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
  4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash. WSAVA and Kenes Group reserve the right to substitute the prize, or any component of it, with an alternative of comparable value.
  5. Refusal to accept the prize releases WSAVA and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from any liability or obligation towards the winner.
  6. WSAVA and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, assume no liability where their inability to act results from an unforeseeable event or circumstance beyond their control, including strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes.
  7. By entering the contest, all participants agree to abide by these rules, including any amendments made by WSAVA and Kenes Group.
