We’re looking for passionate veterinary professionals and students to become Social Media Ambassadors for WSAVA 2025.
This is your chance to be part of a global initiative and share your voice with the international veterinary community.
We are looking for a diverse team of engaged individuals who are:
- Interested in veterinary and pet care
- Planning to attend the WSAVA Congress in September
- Active on Instagram and/or LinkedIn
- Ready to spread the word before and during the Congress
What Will You Do as an Ambassador?
As a WSAVA 2025 Social Media Ambassador, you’ll actively engage with your audience before and during the Congress. Here’s how:
- Promote the Congress:
Use the official #WSAVA2025 hashtag in all WSAVA-related posts, helping to spread the word before, during, and after the event. - Monthly Updates:
At the start of each month leading to the Congress, you’ll receive an email with marketing materials, important deadlines, and social media tips from our Social Media Manager. - Content Creation:
Post at least once a week leading up to the Congress. You can either share content suggested by our Social Media Manager or create your own. You can choose which aspects of the Congress you want to highlight, whether it’s a program feature, speaker, or any other exciting development. - During the Congress:
Be an active voice during the event! Here are some optional activities you can participate in:- Live post from scientific sessions, share opinion posts, and re-share important updates from the official WSAVA channels.
- Share a short video wrapping up one or two days of the event, or reflect on your key takeaways.
- Encourage your followers to share their own experiences with WSAVA.
- Optional Content:
You can also share a video explaining why you’re attending the Congress or publish a quote answering one of these questions:- “What makes WSAVA unique?”
- “What are you looking forward to at #WSAVA2025?”
What are the benefits for our Ambassadors?
Our Ambassadors will receive:
- Free registration to WSAVA 2025 (or WSAVA 2026 if you’re already registered)
- Free credits for the WSAVA Academy
- Opportunity to meet up with fellow Ambassadors, top speakers, and veterinary leaders.
- A feature on the WSAVA 2025 website
- An official WSAVA Certificate of Appreciation
Time Requirements
- Before the Congress: Approximately 2–3 hours per month
- During the Congress: Around 1 hour per day
Don’t worry – our Social Media Manager will be there to support you every step of the way, including help with video editing, post ideas, and short briefing calls if needed.
