Dr. Fergus Allerton graduated from the University of Bristol in 2004 and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Liege, Belgium. He is a diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Medicine and currently works at Willows Referral Service. He is actively involved in veterinary antibiotic stewardship and contributed to the development of the PROTECT ME guidelines.
WSAVA 2025: Alyssa C. Mages BS, CVT (USA)
As CVO of Empowering Veterinary Teams® (EVT), Alyssa leads content development, clinical training, and the overall strategic direction. With a BS in Marine Biology and an AS in Veterinary Technology, she is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) who has spent over 20 years in the veterinary profession.
WSAVA 2025: Dr. Gustavo Machicote (Spain)
Veterinary dermatologist. AVEPA accredited in dermatology. Master in Oncology. He practices his specialty in two centers in Vilanova de Arousa and Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Author and co-author of numerous books and publications in national and international journals. Lecturer in veterinary dermatology in numerous countries in Europe and America.
WSAVA 2025: Dr. Hameedunisha Tajudeen (India)
Dr. Hameedunisha Tajudeen is a veterinary neurologist, educator, and wellness advocate based in Bangalore, India. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2017 and became a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) in 2022. Her passion for veterinary neurology began early in her clinical career, leading her to pursue advanced training in small animal neurology and neurosurgery at the Royal Veterinary College, London, Cornell University (USA), Cambridge University, and Glasgow University.
