Press Registration
We are pleased to offer complimentary registration for accredited members of the press. Valid press credentials are required.

Photography & Videography
Photography and videography are permitted at WSAVA 2026 for registered media representatives only.
You are authorized to capture photo and video material in the following areas:
- The lobby, exhibition area, and all common spaces outside the session halls
- Inside session halls, during the first 5 minutes of any session, from the front of the room, unless specifically asked not to film by the speaker, chair, or company representative
After the first 5 minutes:
- No flash photography is permitted
- Cameras must be removed from the front of the room
- If remaining in the session, you must take a seat in the audience
Interviews
Media representatives are welcome to arrange and conduct interviews with speakers and other attendees during the Congress. Please note that the WSAVA organizers and communications team are unable to assist with interview arrangements.
When publishing content gathered at WSAVA 2026, we kindly ask that you reference the Congress and share the published material with us. We would be delighted to re-share relevant coverage through appropriate WSAVA channels upon request.
